General Terms and Conditions

At Your Basic Needs we want to make sure that our relationships with our customers run as smoothly as possible. We value the trust you place in us and take your rights very seriously. With the following sales conditions we want to give you a clear overview of your rights, and sometimes also obligations. If something is still unclear, we would appreciate it if you let us know.

Art. 1 Terms of Delivery

1.1. We always strive to ensure that our customers are happy with the products, but if you do wish to return an order, we are happy to help. Simply send us an email and we will guide you through the process.

Please note that products cannot be returned if they are out of their original packaging and/or have been used for hygiene reasons. In addition, the return of products must be made within 80 days of receipt.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense and the use of a traceable shipping method is mandatory. Lost returns will not be refunded.

1.2. If a delivery period is specified, this is merely indicative. Failure to comply with the delivery period cannot give rise to any compensation on our part, as the delivery periods are only given for information purposes and without any obligation.

1.3. We would like to point out that Your Basic Needs is not responsible for any loss, damage, delays and theft caused by the courier company.

1.4. If the ordered goods are not with the customer within 30 days of purchase, the customer will be informed in a timely manner and the order can be cancelled free of charge.

Art. 2 Payments & pricing policy

2.1. The prices stated on the website for the offered goods at the time of ordering apply. Your Basic Needs reserves the right to change the prices of goods, in particular when a legal price-determining factor gives reason to do so.

2.2. Ordered products will only be shipped after confirmation of payment.

2.3. All prices are in Euro, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are indicated on the website.

Art. 3 Legal warranty

3.1. Your Basic Needs guarantees that the product is in good condition when it arrives and (therefore) works. If this is not the case, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. The buyer must immediately receive and check the goods. All complaints regarding the delivered goods must be reported by the customer to Your Basic Needs within a period of 5 working days after delivery. Your Basic Needs is also not liable for complaints that are formulated outside this period of 5 working days. Certain products have an additional factory warranty that is always clearly stated in the description of the product.

Art. 4 Privacy

4.1. The customer's data will not be passed on to other parties and will only be used by Your Basic Needs for the order.

Art. 5 Right of withdrawal

5.1. Dutch law allows the customer to inform the seller within 14 days after delivery of the product that he/she is canceling the purchase. The return costs are for the account of the customer. The refund will only be made when we have received the products and they are unused, unwashed, unopened, with label (if label present), in original packaging and complete. Your Basic Needs has 14 days to process the refund after verification of the returned goods.

Art. 6 When can I expect my package?

6.1. We aim for 3-5 working days, when the products are in stock. Have you not received your package after 5 working days? Don't hesitate to send us a message. We will check it for you. Delivery details are stated in the confirmation email.

Art. 7 Miscellaneous

7.1. Your Basic Needs reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions.
