How do you use it?

Brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day, or even after every meal if you have the time, unless otherwise prescribed by your dentist or doctor.

For children under 6 years: Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and supervise their brushing to minimize swallowing. Keep out of reach of children under 6 years: Consult a dentist or doctor if fluoride is ingested from other sources.

This product contains sodium monofluorophosphate.
